Happy Easter to me! The Easter bunny, Norco Bicycles and Comor Sports all came together to deliver my new Norco Range C9.2 ahead of schedule. What a great way to start out the long weekend.
Sick of this shot yet?
First ride of the weekend was with my good friend Jeremy Davis. We sprinted up to MaxPains. The climb up the Nimby this time of year is so amazing! The creeks are roaring down the mountain side and views across the valley are spectacular, and the dirt, oh the dirt is sooooo good.
Next day Jeff and I went up to Overnight Sensation (a Pemberton Signature trail). The trail was in great shape but the climb up the road to Overnight still has alot of snow. Im sure Rusty Trombone is good to go as well but access is still snow covered.
It would not be a full weekend of riding if we did not hit up the updated version of Psycho Path to Short and Smokey ( and no it was not "dumb downed"). Rumor has it that it may be a blind stage in the Pemberton Enduro? If you have not signed up for the enduro yet get on it! There are still some spots left. April 29th is the date do not miss out on the best race of the year in the corridor! you can sign up at https://porca.spruceregistrations.com/
It would not be a long weekend without some digging and dirt slinging! Did a little trail maintenance on some old classics for half a day with the "Godfather" Jeff Westlake. Just a reminder that PVTA/PORCA is putting on a trail day next weekend April 22nd, it all starts with a Pancake Breakfast and ends with Beer!! Come out and support the local associations that make these trails happen.

One more pic of my sick 29r! Review will be coming soon!!
